Value for money 'Lifebook' Laptop from Fujitsu
Good Laptop. Fast enough for web surfing, MS Office and Email etc. Reasonable price. Pre-loaded Office and Norton anti-virus is a good idea. Case is gloss black with mica flecks which looks great but gets finger marked easily which doesn't look so good. Could do with another couple of USB ports. Right amount of RAM and decent capacity hard disk, Screen is excellent as is...

I bought this Fujitsu Lifebook 2 months ago. Last week it refused to charge, peering in the hole where the power cable inserts i could see that the little metal prong of the connector had pushed in and no longer connected. I phoned customer service department who told me that warranty didn't cover a repair and offered to fix problem for £145. Obviously nothing else had...
